Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive end-to-end sales of
Salesforce implementation
,
customization
,
integration
,
managed services
, and
consulting offerings
.
Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in CRM and IT industries.
Manage full sales cycle: lead generation ? qualification ? solution mapping ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, CRM Managers, and decision-makers.
Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Market & Strategy
Develop go-to-market strategies for Salesforce and CRM-related solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new sectors and growth opportunities.
Represent the company at Salesforce events, webinars, partner events, and industry forums.
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with technical architects, pre-sales team, and marketing team to prepare compelling proposals and RFP responses.
Work with Salesforce Partner ecosystem to maximize lead flow and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
2 to 5 years
of experience in
Salesforce services sales
,
CRM sales
, or
IT services sales
.
Proven track record of selling Salesforce or CRM solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients.
Experience handling large deal sizes and long-term relationship accounts.
Technical/Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of the
Salesforce platform
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Integration, AppExchange solutions).
Understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing automation).
Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS models, and enterprise IT landscapes.
Sales Skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into solution opportunities.
Experience with consultative and value-based selling.
Tools
Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) for pipeline management.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, prospecting automation tools, and proposal tools.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Salesforce certifications (nice to have, not mandatory).
