Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with expertise in managing online bidding portals to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals, building strong client relationships, and securing profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain company profiles on freelancing platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru

, etc. (experience with these is a plus)*.
Identify, target, and bid on relevant IT projects to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement

effective bidding strategies

aligned with company goals to increase win rates. Create tailored, persuasive proposals that align with each client's specific requirements.

Must have hands-on experience with LinkedIn

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
