Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation and closing.
Promote heavy hardware products effectively across multiple offline and digital platforms.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and B2B clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos with clarity and confidence.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales reports and client data using CRM or other tools.
Coordinate closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / MBA / Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry (hardware industry experience is a plus).
Strong command of Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
Excellent drafting and communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficient in creating and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Familiarity with digital tools for product marketing (e.g., WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, B2B platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
Non-Gujarati candidates highly preferred.
