Key Responsibilities:o Client Acquisition & Management:

Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their manpower requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Promote the companys services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the manpower consultancy sector. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Coordination & Follow-Up: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates as per client requirements. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and agreements. Prepare and present regular progress reports to management.
