Senior Business Development Executive

to strengthen our new account acquisition efforts and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute outreach campaigns via

cold calling

,

emailing

,

LinkedIn prospecting

and others. Research and identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients. Use innovative out of the box ideas to target strategic accounts with focus on acquiring new customers. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position Dash Technologies' services effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling messaging and outreach strategies. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect data and activity information. Work closely with Sr. BDM & Director of Business Development to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years

of experience in

business development, lead generation, or sales roles

in a

software services

or

software product company

. Strong communication skills--both verbal and written. Proven experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Comfort with using tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, etc. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders. Have basic understanding of technologies and its business use cases.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

Experience or domain knowledge in

HealthTech

or

MedTech

vertical. Familiarity with US market
