Roles and Responsibilities 
  Create new Business independently by identify and acquire new large corporate customers directly for their 1st/mid/last mile surface transportation needs (FTL). 
  Develop B2B Business plans, long-term objectives and Sales pipeline. 
  Identify, Manage & Work with the Vendors and Operations team to set up an effective supply network to honour the services committed to Key Accounts. 
  Lead generation through various sources. 
  Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery. 
  Responsible for revenue growth across company's product offerings in the given territory 
Job Specifications 
  2 to 4 years of experience in sales & Business Development in Logistics /Surface transportation Industry along with vendor management. 
  Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 
  Goal-oriented, organized team player 
  Self-motivated eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories. 
  Excellent interpersonal relationship skills 
  Able to analyse data and sales statistics & translate results to better solutions. 
  Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, ability to think out of the box. 
  Ability to multitask and manage different accounts at a time.
