We, ASBM Education Services, are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
in senior role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
client counseling, corporate/counter/tele-sales, lead generation, admission coordination and revenue generation
. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Counseling & Admission Coordination
Engage with potential students, providing them with detailed course information.
Understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
Guide applicants through the admission process, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.
2. Corporate, Counter & Tele-Sales
Proactively reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Handle walk-in inquiries at the center and convert them into enrollments.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of admissions.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM software.
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate
Experience:
1-5 years in sales, tele-sales, or business development (preferably in the education sector).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telungu & Hindi
Sales Acumen:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
