9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary: Up to ?4.5 LPA (Fixed) + Monthly Incentives

IIM SKILLS is a leading EdTech organization offering professional certification programs across various domains. We are expanding our Inside Sales team and are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive counselling, conversions, and end-to-end enrolments.

Role Overview



The Senior BDE will interact with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and ensure a seamless admissions experience. This role is suited for candidates who are target-driven, confident communicators, and experienced in sales or counselling.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and structured follow-ups. Conduct counselling sessions to understand goals and recommend the right programs. Own the admissions lifecycle from initial enquiry to final enrolment. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM system. Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets. Contribute to process improvements and support team objectives.

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Admissions, or BDE roles.

Excellent communication,

persuasion, and negotiation skills. Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads. Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

EdTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage.
