Senior Business Development Executive

who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and generate consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition:

Identify, approach, and convert new clients for digital marketing, web development, and AI-driven services.

Lead Generation:

Research, prospect, and maintain a steady pipeline using LinkedIn, cold calls, networking, and email outreach.

Pitching & Proposals:

Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFPs tailored to client needs.

Negotiation & Closure:

Handle pricing, contracts, and deal closures independently.

Relationship Management:

Build long-term trust with clients and ensure repeat business.

AI & Digital Tools:

Use AI-powered CRM, lead generation, and market research tools to enhance productivity.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, SEO, developers) to align client expectations and ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience



Proven track record

of generating business in a

digital marketing agency or IT services company

. Strong exposure to

SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding services

. Excellent

communication & presentation skills

in English and Hindi. Hands-on experience with

AI tools for lead research, automation, and sales productivity

is highly preferred. Should be a

team player

, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to

work independently, meet targets, and bring measurable results

. Strong networking, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Preferred Qualifications



Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or other lead-gen platforms. Prior experience in

B2B sales for digital agencies
