Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Business Development Executive (CSR)

who is passionate, empathetic, energetic, and driven to create real social impact. This role involves building CSR partnerships, expanding our outreach, and representing Torchit in corporates, events, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with CSR heads, corporates, PSUs, foundations, and NGOs. Develop proposals, presentations, and impact reports for CSR programs. Manage CSR project execution, including coordination with field teams, partners, and beneficiaries. Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos of assistive technologies. Represent Torchit in conferences, expos, and on-ground CSR events. Maintain records, reports, and communication using MS Office tools. Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and closure of partnerships. Travel for project implementation, assessments, camps, and partnership meetings

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong communication skills

(spoken & written).

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

(Word, PPT, Excel -- must).

Empathy and passion

for working in the disability inclusion & social impact sector.

Young, energetic & proactive

with a go-getter attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks with responsibility and ownership. Comfortable with travel and on-ground interactions. Prior CSR / Social Impact / NGO partnership experience preferred.

Qualification

Graduation or Post-Graduation (any field). Background in CSR, Social Work, Development Sector, or Business Development is a plus.
