with strong and proven experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offerings in BFSI sector.

, you will empower leading BFSI institutions with innovative, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions that enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and digital transformation outcomes.

Purpose of the Role:







To lead strategic business development within the BFSI domain by cultivating high-impact client relationships, unlocking new revenue streams, and aligning customer needs with our advanced enterprise offerings--thereby strengthening our market footprint and contributing to long-term organizational growth.

Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):







Strategic Sales Planning & Revenue Growth:



Design and execute data-driven sales strategies and account plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Executive Relationship Management:



Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and technology leaders across BFSI clients to drive trust, influence, and deal closure.

Solution Co-Creation & Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to design and position customized, value-driven solutions aligned to client business outcomes.

Market Intelligence & Go-To-Market Strategy:



Continuously track market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving BFSI customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies and sharpen value propositions.

Proposal, RFP & Executive Communication:



Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling business proposals, executive presentations, and high-quality RFP responses that clearly articulate differentiation and ROI.

Pipeline Development & Ecosystem Engagement:



Drive sustained pipeline growth through strategic networking, industry events, partner ecosystems, and proactive direct client engagement.

Requirements



Desired Qualification & Experience

:

8-12 years of experience in business development / sales roles within BFSI domain, exp in selling CRM, CCM, DMS, CX platforms, FinTech, Digital transformation, IT services Strong exposure to the existing Tier 1 BFSI domain, with existing networks/relationships being a strong plus. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen with a strategic approach to sales and market development. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
