About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive with an MBA in Marketing to drive business growth and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our organization's services to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute business growth strategies.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals.
Represent the organization at networking events, seminars, and client meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Marketing / Business Management (mandatory).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
