Creative or Digital Agency to market our creative & integrated marketing services
. The incumbent will undertake BD & Account Management responsibilities for the successful delivery of projects, client retention, client growth & overall profitability of accounts assigned to him/her.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive market research & stay updated with industry trends.
Identify and reach out to potential clients for Business Development.
Working with the CBO & Strategy team on new client pitches.
Owning successful delivery of projects, client retention, client growth & overall account profitability.
Working with clients & internal teams in developing & executing integrated marketing strategies for existing clients. A good understanding of integrated marketing services, i.e., creative & advertising, digital communications, and performance marketing, is mandatory.
Grow existing accounts by upselling & cross-selling various Mar Tech services.
Project management: Creating scope of work, aligning with different internal teams, ensuring common understanding amongst the team working on projects, troubleshooting issues, managing client reporting & ensuring timely delivery as per agreed-upon timelines.
Multitasks seamlessly with clients & internal teams for smooth delivery of projects.
Presentation and people skills: Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to build and maintain relationships easily; ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organized (you'll work on multiple projects at once), with close attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated history of managing & scaling accounts in a marketing agency environment.
1-3 years of experience, preferably in a creative, advertising or digital marketing agency.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent grasp of Word, PPT, and Excel for daily business needs.
Problem-solving approach is a must.
