Job Title: Senior Business Development Associate
Location: Kochi (On-site)
Experience: 0-2 years
Reporting To: Sales/Business Head
Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and curious SDRs to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in driving outreach, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team members.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients across priority verticals (VR Training, Content
Services, Experience Centers, AV Partnerships)
Follow up on leads, set up discovery calls for senior sales team
Update CRM regularly and maintain pipeline hygiene
Support proposal creation and follow-up communication
Prepare briefing notes ahead of sales meetings
Collaborate with marketing team for content requirements.
Attend internal sales reviews and sync-ups
Required Skills & Qualities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curious and willing to learn about emerging tech (AR/VR/XR) - Virtual Reality
Basic knowledge of sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus)
Ability to manage time and tasks independently
Good with research and organization
Familiarity with B2B outreach practices, qualification frameworks (like BANT)
