Role Overview

As a

Senior

Business Development Associate

, you'll play a key role in converting qualified leads into confirmed photoshoot bookings. You'll engage with potential clients -- mostly expecting or new parents -- guiding them through Klicpic's photography offerings, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless, personalized experience.

This role is ideal for someone who's already worked in

B2C sales, client engagement, or customer experience

and is now looking to apply their skills in a creative, emotionally rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients (expecting/new parents) via

phone, WhatsApp, and email

Understand client needs and recommend suitable

maternity or newborn photography packages

Build trust and rapport through

personalized communication and consistent follow-ups

Manage and update client interactions in our

CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to photoshoot Contribute to

revenue growth

by achieving and exceeding monthly conversion targets

Who You Are

2-5 years

of experience in

business development, inside sales, client servicing, or similar roles

Strong communication skills in

English

and at least one

regional language

(Telugu, or Kannada preferred) Empathetic, relationship-driven, and confident in guiding clients through decision-making Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with

digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)

Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
