We are looking for a proactive and articulate Business development Professional with experience in B2B SaaS, and a solid understanding of sales KPIs and CRM processes. This role involves owning the entire lead journey till conversion, tracking KPIs, and working closely with the sales and marketing team to meet revenue goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Proactively make outbound B2B calls to key business stakeholders (CXOs, HR, Finance, Procurement) to promote OmniCard's enterprise solutions2. Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and by leveraging marketing campaigns and data tools.3. Conduct in-depth analysis needs to understand prospect pain points, priorities, and business goals.4. Clearly communicate OmniCard's value proposition using a consultative, business-first approach tailored to each prospect's context.5. Manage the entire lead lifecycle - from lead generation and qualification to nurturing, engagement, and deal closure.6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and qualify leads from campaigns and inbound interest.7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, engagement history, and next steps in the CRM system.8. Share timely updates and insights with internal teams on lead behavior and conversion trends to optimize outreach strategies.9. Ensure CRM data hygiene and segmentation for precise tracking, targeting, and follow-ups.10. Drive closures by handling objections, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and guiding prospects through the buying decision.11. Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports, highlighting outreach metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.Key Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales / lead management, preferably in SaaS or fintech.2. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho Bigin)3. Understanding of key sales metrics and KPIs and how to work toward improving them.4.
