- Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)

Roles:

Hiring Sr. BDA at Scaler Academy.

Location

: Gurgaon (Work from Home & Work from Office options available).

Age Criteria:

Sr. BDA - up to 31 years.

Current earners will get an increment of 10-15% or more.

Education:

Graduation or Master's degree required.

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (EdTech experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Understand and communicate Scaler Academy's offerings and value proposition.
Engage in consultative selling to meet learner needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive in client interactions.
Problem-solving and value-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹950,000.00 - ₹1,150,000.00 per year
