Requirements:- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 6 years of work experience in EdTech sales or business development. Experience selling courses in the upskilling, higher education, or IT solutions segment is required.- Education: A B.Tech and MBA are mandatory requirements. Skills: - Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills. - A strong passion for sales and a commitment to target achievement. - Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (Learning Success Quotient). - Proficiency in handling tech products. - Experience handling a ticket size greater than 50,000 is a significant advantage. Compensation & Growth:- Salary: A competitive fixed salary of 8.4-11 LPA with an uncapped incentive plan rolled out on a monthly basis based on your performance.- Hike: An average hike of 10-30% on your current/previous fixed salary could be provided.- Location & Age: This is a Work from Office role based in Gurgaon.
