Job Responsibilities & Requirements: Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on both revenue generation and client satisfaction. Identify and research new markets, practice areas, and client segments within the legal industry. Conduct lead generation through multiple channels including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, social media networking, and partnerships. Arrange and lead business meetings, discovery calls, and presentations with prospective clients. Clearly explain the company's legal outsourcing services, value proposition, workflows, and pricing models to potential clients. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure seamless communication throughout the onboarding and engagement process. Serve as a bridge between clients and the internal operations team, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, expectations alignment, and timely delivery. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client pain points and propose customized outsourcing solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (legal ops, paralegals, case managers, tech, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and send proposals, NDAs, contracts, and service documentation. Track leads, conversions, and pipeline using CRM tools. Conduct follow-ups, nurture cold leads, and manage the sales funnel. Stay updated with legal industry trends, outsourcing practices, and competitor offerings. Assist in branding initiatives, webinars, events, and online campaigns. Support management with reports, insights, and performance metrics. Key Skills & Requirements: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities. Confident in speaking with international clients (especially US-based law firms). Professional email etiquette and business writing skills. Ability to understand legal workflows and explain them in simple terms. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building mindset. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive. Experience in legal outsourcing, LPO, SaaS sales, or B2B services is a plus. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms is a bonus. Preferably Female Cadidate
