We are seeking a dynamic and experienced domain expert who can work as a Business Consultant with a specialization in the FMCG, HORECA, IT, Construction, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proven track record in business development. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients, addressing their queries, and providing strategic solutions for their business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly coordinate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Solve client queries effectively to contribute to their overall business development.
Collect client data, perform analysis, and collaborate with domain experts to formulate optimal solutions.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the final output, ensuring clarity and strategic insights.
Conform to professional behaviours and maintain confidentiality in handling client information.
Provide expert consultation and assistance to clients through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
Actively participate in client strategic planning sessions to align business goals.
Ensure that client queries are promptly addressed with the assistance of domain experts.
Ensure that all aspects of the scope of work are completed within specified timelines.
Collaborate with the team to implement modules and programs based on the required strategies.
Behavioural & Technical Skills:
Prior experience in successfully handling multiple clients.
Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and insights effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals

Understanding of the FMCG, HORECA, IT, Construction, Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behaviours.
