Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, processes, and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and recommend effective strategies for business growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. Assist in creating comprehensive business plans and presentations for management review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessments to support decision-making. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and recommend adjustments as needed. Prepare detailed reports and deliver insights to senior leadership on project status, performance metrics and growth opportunities. Lead initiatives to improve internal processes and drive organizational change management. Support internal teams through training, guidance, and mentoring related to business strategy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum

5+ years of experience

in business consulting, strategy, or related advisory roles. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable initiatives. Proficiency in business analysis tools, MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with business intelligence tools (nice-to-have). Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
