Role/ Job Title: Senior Technology Business Analyst - Retail Liabilities Business: Information Technology Function/ Department: Retail Assets Delivery Place of Work Mumbai/Pan India Job Purpose: \'The role entails the responsibility of providing product feature stories, Ensuring adoption of collaboration tools for program transparency and tracking product adoption and monetization metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure Product release cycle, make sure the features are tested and deployed as per expectation. Work with product managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer first solutions. Help team with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery. Create user stories with acceptance criteria, responsible for creating various user flow diagrams, data flow diagram. Ensure process adherence, timely release of products. Deliver and effectively track all the deliverables. Candidate should preferably have knowledge on Banking Domain Key Success Metrics: \'Effectively Deliver on the Business Requirement - as against expectation
