About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex

technology projects within deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a proven

track record of managing cross-functional teams, implementing agile practices, and ensuring

high-quality project delivery.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, stakeholder management, risk

mitigation, and ensuring successful alignment between business goals and technical

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead and manage multiple IT projects across their full lifecycle -- from initiation to

closure.

? Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.

? Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and QA

engineers.

? Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure timely sprint delivery.

? Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

? Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure issue resolution.

? Oversee project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.

? Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and client

expectations.

? Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

? 6+ years of experience in IT project management or software delivery roles.

? Proven experience managing end-to-end software development projects.

? Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

? Excellent skills in project planning tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).

? Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

? Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

? Understanding of cloud technologies, software architectures, and SDLC.

Required Experience

? PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.

? Prior experience managing AI / Data Science / ML projects.

? Experience working with clients in Finance / Banking / Insurance or technology domains.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹552,042.65 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
