Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Product Owner / Business Analyst (7-10 years)

to drive product roadmaps, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in delivering digital products, strong expertise with

Jira, Confluence, Figma

, and experience in

cloud platforms & API-driven architectures

. Certifications like

CSPO/SAFe POPM

are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs

Translate Voice of Customer (VOC), market trends, and data insights into prioritized user stories

Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management with Agile teams

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, architects, and developers to shape MVPs and scalable solutions

Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, demos, and progress updates

Champion automation and innovation to solve real-world constraints in product delivery

Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend solutions.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis

Proven success in delivering B2B or B2C digital products in Agile environments

Strong command of Jira, Confluence, Figma, and backlog management tools

Technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and API-driven architectures. This is desirable.

Excellent stakeholder communication and business writing skills

Experience with SAFe, Scrum, or other scaled Agile frameworks

CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent certifications preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
