Develop training modules and deliver training regarding the business application in both the training center as well as online.
Ready to travel to various RBI locations across country as per training requirements.
Perform Requirement Management (Gathering, Analysis, Discussion with Stakeholders, Modelling and Documentation).
Perform feasibility analysis, gap analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.
Own BRD, SRS, User Story, Use Case, User Manual and similar SDLC artefacts.
Design and validate functional workflows and write UAT Test cases.
Review of Functional documents, Test Plan and Test Cases from external teams.
Participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Functionality Testing.
Act as a liaison between end-users, technical teams.
Sufficient familiarity with respect to Agile (SCRUM) and traditional waterfall projects.
Partner across stakeholders to identify and consolidate requirements into a single repository for tracking and change management.
Proficient in MS OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Visio).
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by PMO or IT Project Manager.
Educational qualifications preferred
Any Graduation + MBA in Systems/Finance/Operations (Fulltime).
B.E/B.Tech + MBA in Systems/Finance/Operations (Fulltime/Distance).
Required Certification/s:
PMI-BA, CBAP, CCBA, CSBA or similar will be desirable
