Your future duties and responsibilities



Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business needs. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications. Document user stories, use cases, and process flows (BPMN, UML). Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable software solutions. Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and constraints. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards (if applicable). Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment. Track and report on project progress, blockers, and key milestones. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives). Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership. Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems. Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Work with QA teams to ensure requirements are met before deployment. Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation/optimization opportunities. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role




Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.


Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT/software development. Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and SaaS/enterprise software projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or LucidChart. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data analysis (preferred). Experience with ETL, Datawarehouse Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.



Nice-to-Haves:


Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications. Domain knowledge in Banking Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or process automation (RPA).
