Senior Business Analyst - Technology Practice Group - Gurgaon- 5 + YearsWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in research, consulting, specifically the technology/TMT/ICT industry who can work closely with global stakeholders to drive leadership hiring mandates. In this role, you will act as a knowledge partner to senior consultants across the globe, contributing to C-suite level hiring by conducting deep market research, developing insights on industry trends, building talent pools, and preparing strategic client deliverables. • Collaborating with global teams to build market insights and talent pools
• Tracking market developments and identifying potential business opportunities
• Creating strategic reports, talent mappings, and sector-specific org charts
• Developing expertise in the technology domain and contributing to client deliverables

• Minimum 5 years of experience in research/consulting/technology
• Global exposure with a strong grasp of the technology industry and its trends
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong command over MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• A self-starter with critical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit
