Key Responsibilities:

Safety:

IT Services:

• Provide SAPManufacturingrelated application support and solution design for business partners
• Participate in assessment, design architecture and development capabilities applicable to tasks ranging from simple business processes to architecting and developing SAP Manufacturingsystems and areas of functionality
• Adherence to SAP Standards and other best practices
• Demonstrated ability in process analysis and the ability to suggest technology alternatives to our customers with a SAP Manufacturing lens or general technology solutions
• Monitor quality and service standards in accordance with agreed resolution timeframes
• Ensure documentation is current and accessible to technical teams and end users.
• Identify process improvements
• Identify and manage the resolution of root causes that repeatedly interrupt SAP Manufacturing services

Regulatory and Legal:

• SAPManufacturing restoration to ensure services are restored within SLA.
• Ensure the time amendment of policies and processes to enable the organization to be effective in its business objectives.
• Escalate Organizational Risks to IDT project teams or relevant management levels when appropriate.
• Effectively identify, track and manage potential IT risks and issues.

Technical:

• Possess the ability to manage their assigned ticket queue and to provide assistance to others where necessary.
• Possess deep knowledge in SAP MM and WM with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience and also hold demonstrable skills in deploying SAP with the following modules PP, QM, IM, PM
• The overall IT support services framework is followed by the SAP Manufacturing team, improved and overall IT issues are minimized.

IT Project Support:

• Support of related IT projects delivery within Visy, with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Assist stakeholders to ensure all projects and initiatives have a strong business case, benefits and adequate budget for project resources.
• Support IT project teams to ensure that change to scope is controlled and approved appropriately.
• Supporting project go-live activities including hyper-care, to ensure IT projects are successfully transitioned into production and successfully closed.
• Support the delivery of IT projects, to be delivered consistently with a high level of quality, within budget and time constraints.
• Service transition including operational readiness assessments.
• >80% of project timelines are met.
• <50% of projects have accepted scope change
• >80% of projects are delivered with budget
• Ensure Programs/Projects are closed correctly with documentation, change management and handover activities recorded and accepted by IT and business teams.
• Other duties to IDT as directed
• In line with IDT Management objectives

Key Challenges:

• Keeping abreast of relevant SAP Manufacturing issues and developments in order to provide timely advice for support and project activities whilst providing highly specialized knowledge and guidance within a diverse, dynamic environment.
• Operating with significant autonomy and accountable for the quality, integrity and validity of the capabilities provided and for the efficient and effective management of the technology solutions.

Experience & Qualifications:
Mandatory (critical for the Role):

• 5-7 years working and management experience with SAP products, specifically Material and Warehouse Management
• Ability to work in a team environment whilst being self-reliant and able to work independently
• Ability to drive outcomes through people
• Good understanding of applications/software development life cycle
• Demonstrated ability in business analysis inclusive of, but not limited to, process analysis, requirements gathering, scoping and documentation of technical
• Experience in delivering IT technical service and process in line with ITSM methodology
• Manage Business Process reviews, analysis, plan and implement improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate and convey information concisely to key stakeholders to influence outcomes

Desirable (preferable for the Role):

• SAP PP module basic knowledge
