Senior Business Analyst

who brings a strong blend of

Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, and Automation exposure

to join our growing team.

Position Summary

As a

Senior Business Analyst

, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, automation developers, and senior stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver high-impact projects.

This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in

complex IT and business environments

, can manage multiple stakeholders, and has hands-on experience with

RPA (UiPath)

and structured delivery methodologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Stakeholder Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute projects end-to-end, from discovery to implementation Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership Align stakeholder expectations and business objectives with project deliverables Support project governance activities including risk management, issue tracking, and change management

Business & Process Analysis

Analyze current-state business processes, systems, and workflows Conduct detailed requirements gathering using interviews, workshops, and document analysis Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities Design future-state processes, business solutions, and automation opportunities Prepare feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and solution recommendations

Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain high-quality project and business analysis documentation including: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) Process maps and workflows (Visio or similar tools) Project plans, risk registers, and change impact assessments Support reporting enhancements and dashboards for operational and management insights

Automation & Technology Enablement

Work closely with

RPA Developers (UiPath)

and Analysts to support automation initiatives Translate business requirements into clear functional and automation-ready specifications Validate solutions through UAT support, test case reviews, and stakeholder sign-offs

Workshops & Continuous Improvement

Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings effectively Promote best practices in business analysis, project delivery, and continuous improvement Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge sharing

Required Skills & ExperienceEssential Requirements

5 to 12 years

of experience in Business Analysis / Process Analysis within complex IT or transformation environments

Mandatory exposure to RPA (UiPath)

- understanding of automation use cases and delivery lifecycle Strong

project coordination and delivery experience

Advanced hands-on experience with

MS Excel

(pivot tables, formulas, analysis) Bachelor's degree in

Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Proven experience in: Process modeling and optimization System analysis and requirements gathering Stakeholder management at senior and executive levels Proficiency in

MS Office Suite

, including Visio Experience working in

Agile and Waterfall

delivery models Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Desirable / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting/analytics tools

Business Analysis certifications such as

CBAP, PMI-PBA

, or equivalent Familiarity with

MS Project, Planner, Jira

, or similar project management tools Exposure to Australian clients or working in global delivery models

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
