We are seeking a

Senior Business Analyst

to lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments Engage and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic goals Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from multiple cross-functional streams Validate that all business and technical requirements are addressed and traceable before UAT Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

Experience of 6-10 years in business analysis Proven leadership skills in managing agile teams and mentoring junior members Strong project experience in P&C insurance underwriting solutions Solid knowledge of requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management Excellent analytical and documentation skills Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
