We are seeking a

Senior Business Analyst

with extensive experience in the reinsurance business and a focus on P&C claims to join our team.


You will leverage your expertise to analyze business processes and support the development and testing of claims applications. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and a strong analytical mindset to ensure alignment of solutions with business needs. Responsibilities

Support business analysis and detail requirements for claims application product backlog Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Perform process analysis and validate critical scenarios through testing Support solution design ensuring alignment with accounting requirements Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions Maintain traceability and documentation of data flows and business logic

Requirements

Strong Business Analysis background in Insurance or Reinsurance with 7 to 10 years of experience Experience in SQL and Data Analysis techniques Proficiency in working within agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships Skills in documentation and maintaining clear records of requirements and processes Understanding of P&C insurance claims processes and data structures

Nice to have

Familiarity with reinsurance business operations Experience in underwriting for property and casualty insurance Knowledge of insurance P&C claims solutions Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
