Job Description

The Finance Analyst will support the CFO and Senior Finance Managers in delivering high-quality financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic support to SME and growth-stage clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work in a consulting environment with multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & MIS

Prepare

monthly MIS reports

, dashboards, and performance summaries for clients Conduct

variance analysis

(actual vs budget / forecast) and identify key drivers Analyze

profitability by project, product, or business unit

(especially for real estate & SME clients) Assist in

cash flow monitoring

and working capital analysis

Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling

Support preparation of

annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections

Build and maintain

financial models

for :business planning Fund raising / CMA data IPO / listing readiness Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling

Investor & Management Support

Prepare

management presentations

, board decks, and investor pitch materials Assist in preparation of

information memorandums

and financial sections of offer documents Support senior team in meetings with promoters, bankers, investors, and advisors

Data Management & Coordination

Collect, organize, and validate financial data from client accounting teams and ERPs Coordinate with client-side accountants and statutory auditors for timely data availability Ensure accuracy, consistency, and documentation of financial information

Process Improvement & Automation

Assist in improving

financial reporting processes

Support implementation of

Excel-based tools, templates, and dashboards

Work on basic

Power BI / reporting automation

initiatives (where applicable)

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of: Financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flows) Ratio analysis and business KPIs Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel

(pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Fundamental knowledge of accounts and accounting standards should be clear CMA data and banking requirements Working knowledge of

PowerPoint

for professional presentations Should have understanding of accounting softwares
