Business Analysis & Requirements EngineeringStrong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories, acceptance criteria Strong analytical skills to understand the business goals into features

Process Modeling & DocumentationProficiency in creating process flows, low-fidelity wireframes Skilled in tools such as Draw.io, or equivalent Experience in creating feature level mind maps

Project MethodologiesWorking knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks Experience in managing requirements across iterative development cycles

Stakeholder ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams Ability to facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical stakeholders

Tools & PlatformsHands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role

Good-to-Have Qualifications & SkillsExperience supporting change initiatives Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate adoption of new systems or processes by conducting training or feature documentation Experience in pre-sales and creating Scope of work is an added advantage

EducationCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
