You will be the critical link between business goals and technology solutions, overseeing requirements gathering, planning, and the end-to-end execution of digital commerce initiatives. Responsibilitie
s:
Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements for eCommerce and digital initiatives (web, mobile, APIs, microservices).
Translate business goals into user stories, process flows, data mappings, and wireframes that guide technical teams.
Serve as a proxy product owner when needed and ensure backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business SMEs.
Support project management efforts such as creating project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks.
Drive alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure feature scope, timeline, and quality expectations are met.
Oversee QA and UAT processes, including test case validation and defect triage.
Assist in change management and support the creation of training documentation as part of deployment readiness.
Monitor project KPIs and delivery progress; escalate risks and blockers proactively.
Help guide the user experience and design of applications in collaboration with stakeholders and designers.

s:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in digital/eCommerce environments.
Proven experience working in retail or wholesale commerce systems (e.g., POS, OMS, WMS, PIM, ERP, CRM, payment gateways).
Strong background in digital product delivery - including responsive websites, mobile apps, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to support PM activities and lead sprint ceremonies.
Comfortable with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio for backlog, documentation, and visual mapping.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of composable commerce architectures or MACH principles is a plus.
Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams and managing handoffs across time zones.
Exposure to CX/UX best practices and working with design systems.
Familiarity with data flows and integrations involving middleware or API orchestration layers.
Strong technical background and understanding of web platform architectures
