5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within transportation or mobility products. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Scrum and tools like Jira. Solid grasp of SDLC and fluency in MS Office for documentation and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience as a Scrum Master and ability to creatively solve technical challenges. Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about technology. Energetic and proactive with a positive mindset and curiosity about how technology works. Strong time management skills and a consistent drive to improve products daily.
