Job Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst at Junglee Games, you will play a critical role in evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across channels. You'll use data and insights to improve campaign performance, support user acquisition and retention strategies, and drive ROI across paid and owned media.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance across channels (paid media, email, push notifications, social, influencer, etc.).
Design, build, and automate dashboards and reports to measure campaign success and KPIs.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve targeting, creatives, and messaging.
Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to conduct A/B tests and experimental designs.
Track cohort performance, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, and churn metrics.
Analyze user segmentation and campaign impact across key demographic and behavioral attributes.
Support forecasting, budget planning, and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.
Maintain data hygiene, ensure accurate tracking via tools like GA, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, etc.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design not just from metrics standpoint but think how users and business gets impacted with them
Is creative, worked in the college fests and clubs, likes to put pen to paper or loves creating social media content and seeing how viewers would react to it.
Likes to fail fast, learn faster, and grow fastest to create impact. We are a young team and looking for owners and independent thinkers.
2-4 years of experience in campaign or marketing analytics, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or tech
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python/R is a must have.
Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Good understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and media performance metrics.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze) is a bonus.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills - ability to turn complex data into simple insights.
Create lightweight creative mockups or variations using Figma or similar tools to speed up testing cycles.
