Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders; create and validate SRS & FRS
Define and document solution architecture, workflows, and user manuals for new and existing products
Act as the key liaison between clients, implementation teams, and developers to ensure seamless product delivery
Develop prototypes & wireframes to communicate business requirements effectively
Oversee and perform end-to-end testing, maintain logs, and drive timely resolution of issues and bugs
Analyze existing solutions, identify gaps, and propose strategic enhancements & new features
Evaluate UI/UX designs and recommend improvements for optimized user experience
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in BA processes & documentation
Qualifications
Graduate in IT/EC/CE (BCA, B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.E., MSc)
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Healthcare IT)
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Proven ability to create functional specifications, system designs, and process flows
Excellent skills in documentation, stakeholder management & requirement analysis
Strong communication and leadership abilities
