If you have worked with Conga CLM or similar tools like Salesforce and have been involved in IT project implementations, this role could be a great fit for you. You will collaborate closely with teams to initiate and support new CLM solutions.Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse business needs for CLM systems.
• Work with teams to gather and document clear project requirements.
• Help design and implement new CLM solutions (like Conga CLM or Salesforce).
• Talk to clients and understand their project goals.
• Share ideas with developers and testers to build the right features.
• Be part of customer meetings and explain project progress.
• Make sure the project is on time and meets business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
• Preferably worked with Conga CLM.
• Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
• Must have worked on IT project implementations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in UK business hours.
• Able to join customer discussions confidently.
