We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team within a Contact Centre Infrastructure. The role will focus on delivering end-to-end IVR solutions across global markets. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience of payments.
