Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Brand Manager with deep expertise managing real estate or FMCG brands. The ideal candidate brings

atleast 10 years of experience leading brand strategy and execution for iconic brands, driving growth, market differentiation, and consumer engagement in highly competitive markets.

In this role, you will partner closely with clients and internal teams to develop innovative brand strategies, oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Your insights and leadership will help shape category leadership and long-term brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with client business objectives and market dynamics Serve as the primary agency-side brand custodian, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and identity across campaigns and channels Collaborate closely with client marketing teams and internal agency functions (creative, digital, sales) to deliver integrated brand campaigns Lead research and consumer insight initiatives to inform brand planning, innovation, and repositioning strategies Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously, balancing client expectations, timelines, and budgets Oversee creative development and provide strategic direction to agencies, freelancers, and vendors involved in brand activities Monitor brand health metrics, competitive landscape, and market trends to recommend course corrections and new growth opportunities Present brand strategies, campaign performance, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders with clarity and impact Mentor and guide junior brand and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic thinking
Requirements

Minimum 10 years' experience managing real estate or FMCG brands on the agency side or in a consultancy capacity Proven track record of successful brand management, integrated campaign development, and strategic marketing execution Deep understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis within real estate or FMCG sectors Strong leadership and client management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Analytical mindset with experience using market research and brand performance data to drive decisions Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic agency environments while juggling multiple priorities
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
