Job Description


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Have a clear understanding of the 4Ps: Product, Price, Place, Promotions.

  • Manage the marketing budget for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Implement advertising and promotion strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and media outlets for positive brand coverage.
  • Strategize and execute brand photo shoots and other creative campaigns.
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance retention.
  • Monitor, analyze, and track sales performance across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketplace managers and other internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated with latest marketing trends and technologies in the cosmetics and fragrance industry.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure planned outcomes and impact measurement.
  • Execute experiential marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
