Overview of the job: As a brand manager intern, you will be responsible for consistently maintaining an active marketing approach, constantly discovering fresh and captivating methods to connect with consumers, whether through traditional retail channels or the most advanced digital technologies. Our brand management philosophy can be summarized as "Consumer is boss," and you firmly believe that there are three critical moments: 1. When they search for our product online, 2. When they decide to purchase our product in-store, and 3. When they use the product at home. The first two factors are the ones, we religiously focus on while marketing our products as Brand Managers. You will get a chance to work as an intern in the multi-functional Brand team, which; is created around the brands and items that we are selling in the Indian market, for ex: Vicks, Ambipur, Old Spice, Pantene, and many more, and the team that comprises the managers from different background and functional expertise such as Advertising and Media agencies, Product Supply, Finance, Sales, and Brand Management. Overview of the function: P&G Brand Management is one of the four Disciplines within the P&G Brand function, along with P&G Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK), P&G Communications, and P&G Design. Together, our role is to build consumer-preferred brands that bring value for consumers, customers, and shareholders. We achieve this through superior products, packaging, brand communication, retail execution, and consumer and customer value equation. Your team: This role reports to the \xc2\xabbrand manager\xc2\xbb. You will be part of a multi-functional Brand team - organized around the brands that we are selling in India What success looks like:

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Co-leading a new product launch or reviewing the brand\'s current marketing strategies.
  • Conducting in-depth market and brand analysis monthly; using input from a cross-functional team to propose corrective measures for a specific initiative or category.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Contributing to the creation and management of integrated brand marketing initiatives across traditional and emerging channels (media, digital, CRM, in-store, public relations). Take charge of campaign briefs (whether for regional localization or local campaign construction) and monitor their implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-managing your brand\'s digital marketing efforts (including brand awareness, content creation, local partnerships, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Working together to build Market and Initiative Reviews. Plan and prioritize internal meetings and events.
Job Qualifications
  • MBA from Tier-1 institutes with 1-2 years
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG industry in design.
