Key Responsibilities
Design and implement brand strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and sustain brand identity, positioning, and value proposition.
Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, advertising, packaging, pricing, and promotions.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Finance, and other functions on product and market initiatives.
Partner with agencies for high-impact campaigns and strong ROI.
Track consumer insights, market trends, and competitor moves; identify growth opportunities.
Manage budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Lead promotions, retail audits, and engagement programs.
Mentor brand executives and nurture a high-performance team culture.

Desired Profile
Education:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferably from a premier B-school).
Experience:
7-10 years in Marketing, including 2-3 years in a brand leadership role.
