Job Description

Role Objective



Drive brand strategy and execution to build equity, grow market share, and deliver top- and bottom-line results. Ensure consistent brand identity, impactful campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities



Design and implement brand strategy aligned with business goals. Build and sustain brand identity, positioning, and value proposition. Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, advertising, packaging, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Finance, and other functions on product and market initiatives. Partner with agencies for high-impact campaigns and strong ROI. Track consumer insights, market trends, and competitor moves; identify growth opportunities. Manage budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness. Lead promotions, retail audits, and engagement programs. Mentor brand executives and nurture a high-performance team culture.

Key Interfaces



Internal:

Sales, R&D, Finance, Corporate Communication, Media & Brand Development.

External:

Advertising & media agencies, market research firms, consultants, vendors.

Desired Profile



Education:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferably from a premier B-school).

Experience:

7-10 years in Marketing, including 2-3 years in a brand leadership role.

Skills:

Functional:Marketing strategy, branding, promotions, media management. Behavioral:Leadership, communication, creativity, analytical ability, planning & execution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
