This role will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity, enhancing our market presence, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage brand strategies and marketing plans that contribute to overall business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute strategic initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in brand management, preferably with FMCG brands.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a startup environment.
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising effective campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
