Job Overview:

We are hiring a

Senior Branch Manager

to oversee multiple branches, support branch managers, and improve overall area performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise 3-6 branches Support Branch Managers in meeting targets Conduct audits, training, and performance evaluations Solve escalated issues from branches Plan field drives, marketing activities & lead generation campaigns

Requirements:

Strong leadership and multi-team handling capability Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in sales-driven roles is preferred High responsibility and performance-oriented mindset
