Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Branch Manager to drive LAP business, lead the sales team, build customer/channel relationships, and ensure smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, recruit, train, and support the branch sales and collection team.

Achieve monthly and quarterly LAP / Unsecured business targets.

Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Ensure timely processing of applications in coordination with credit and operations teams.

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

5 to 8 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), including team management

Excellent communication skills in English

Male candidates preferred, within the age group of 28 to 35 years
