Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and motivate the branch team to meet sales and customer service targets.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch goals.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or financial services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.
Strong understanding of NBFC operations and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze financial statements and market trends.
