Key Responsibilities:
Drive
business growth
by achieving sales and revenue targets for the branch.
Oversee
daily operations
, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the
sales and operations team
to meet performance goals.
Identify and develop
new business opportunities
and local market penetration strategies.
Maintain high-quality customer service and strengthen
client relationships

Ensure effective
credit appraisal
, risk management, and control of NPAs.
Coordinate with
credit, collection, and operations teams
for timely loan disbursals and recoveries.
Monitor
branch performance metrics
and prepare periodic reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with
RBI and internal audit guidelines

Build and maintain relationships with local partners, DSAs, and business channels.
