Achieve branch sales targets for products like gold loans, personal loans, or SME loans.
Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and cross-selling of additional NBFC products.
Develop local marketing strategies and build relationships with customers, dealers, and community stakeholders.
Branch Operations & Compliance:
Oversee daily branch functioning, including cash management and loan disbursement.
Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements.
Manage risk effectively and monitor branch profitability.
Team Leadership & People Management:
Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff, including loan officers and customer service representatives.
Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
Ensure high standards of customer service and effective grievance redressal.
Handle escalated customer issues to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the branch budget and financial reports.
Monitor financial performance to ensure the branch aligns with overall company goals.
Collections & Portfolio Management:
Monitor loan portfolio quality and overdue accounts.
Coordinate with credit and recovery teams to reduce Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
