Job Title: Branch ManagerJob Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all functions of the branch office, including sales, customer service, operations, staff supervision, and compliance. The goal is to ensure profitability, productivity, and an excellent customer experience while maintaining adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow. Maintain safety and security standards. Monitor cash flow and handle audits and compliance matters.

Sales & Business Development

Drive the achievement of sales targets and branch performance goals. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base. Promote the company's products and services to increase revenue.
3.

Customer Service

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Foster strong relationships with clients.
4.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Set performance goals and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
5.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure branch compliance with all regulatory, safety, and organizational policies. Prepare and review operational reports and records to ensure compliance.

Educational Requirements:

Experience:

3-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry Proven experience in team leadership and achieving sales targets
